Cancellation policy

Cancelling your order

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Go to your account, open the order, and cancel — or email support@ayurmane.com with your order number.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled. Refuse delivery or use the Return & Refund Policy instead.

Refund on cancellation

Cancel before dispatch and the full amount, including any delivery charge, is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, we can't deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. You'll be told why and refunded in full.
