Where we deliver

Across India. We don't ship internationally.

Charges

Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location — metros are usually faster, remote PIN codes slower.

Tracking

You'll get tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Delays

Weather, strikes, local restrictions and courier backlogs can delay delivery. We'll tell you if we know about a delay affecting your order.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully. Undeliverable orders come back to us, and redelivery may be chargeable.

Failed delivery

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. After that the order returns to us and we'll contact you.
